Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Home & Kitchen consumables (e.g. cleaners) once opened
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the product. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size instead? Let us know when you request the return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Snapdeal must be returned through that marketplace's own return process, not directly with us.
