Order Processing
Orders placed via WhatsApp are confirmed manually by our team. Once your order is confirmed and payment (if applicable) is received, we begin processing within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote areas may take a little longer.
- Dispatch: 1–2 business days after order confirmation
- Delivery (Metro): 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Delivery (Other areas): 5–9 business days after dispatch
Shipping Charges
We currently offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders. Any applicable charges for cash-on-delivery or specific locations will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details with you over WhatsApp or email so you can follow your package right up to delivery.
